What the service is
Refont is a free tool, operated by MatrixInn Solutions, that converts font files between formats entirely within your web browser. No account is required. Fonts you convert are never uploaded to us; see the Privacy Policy.
Your fonts and their licenses
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to convert and use every font you process with Refont. Font licenses often limit conversion, modification, web use or installation, and converting a font doesn't change what its license allows. Refont's license warning is based on information inside the font file and is a convenience only; it isn't legal advice and doesn't establish that any use is permitted. Because conversion happens on your device, we can't see, check or monitor the fonts you convert.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- use it to infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or license terms;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site's servers or code;
- scrape, mirror or republish the site's content or tools at scale without permission.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that conversions will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, that a given font or browser will work, or that the site will always be available. Some conversions necessarily change a font (for example, rebuilding outlines drops hinting); the report shown for each file describes this. Keep your original font files.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatrixInn Solutions won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, including loss of data or files. This is a free tool, and our liability is limited accordingly.
Intellectual property
The site's design, code and written content belong to MatrixInn Solutions unless noted otherwise. Third-party components keep their own licenses, which are published alongside them on this site. Your fonts remain yours (or their makers'); we never take possession of them.
Third-party links and ads
We aren't responsible for the content or practices of external sites linked from this one, including advertisers.
Changes
We may change or discontinue any part of the service and may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes update the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This doesn't remove any consumer protection you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
